All orders are roasted and processed in small batches to ensure freshness.
Orders are typically processed within 3-7 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed, and a second notification with tracking information once it has shipped.
Shipping Rates & Delivery
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected delivery method.
Estimated delivery times vary by carrier and destination. While we aim for timely delivery, shipping times are not guaranteed.
Freshness Commitment
We roast to order whenever possible. This means your coffee may ship shortly after roasting to preserve quality and flavor.

Incorrect or incomplete shipping information
Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer is responsible for any additional shipping costs required to resend the package.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Include your order number and any relevant details or photos.
We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
